Refund policy
Terms and Conditions:
Returns: We accept returns for damaged or defective items upon arrival. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the damage or defect. We will then provide instructions for returning the item.
Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item (excluding damaged or defective items), you will need to return the original item (at your expense, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product) and place a new order. For damaged or defective items, please contact us for assistance as outlined in the "Returns" section.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items upon arrival, or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Once we have received and inspected the returned damaged or defective item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
